Kanges is an online grocery delivery platform that allows customers to browse, select, and order fresh groceries for home delivery. Our services include:

• Browsing and searching for fresh produce and grocery items
• Adding items to a cart and placing delivery orders
• Scheduling morning and evening delivery slots
• Tracking order history and managing your account

To place orders, you must register using a valid Indian mobile phone number. By registering, you confirm that:

1. The phone number provided belongs to you
2. The personal information you provide (name, address) is accurate
3. You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

When you place an order through Kanges:

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify product prices without prior notice
• Orders are subject to product availability; we may postpone or substitute items if unavailable
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational reasons
• We currently offer delivery within our designated service areas only

Please note the following regarding pricing and payments:

• Product prices may fluctuate based on market rates for fresh produce
• Payment is collected at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery) unless otherwise specified
• We do not charge delivery fees at this time, but reserve the right to introduce delivery charges in the future
• Any promotional discounts or offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time

We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality grocery products. However:

• Product images are representative and actual items may slightly vary in appearance
• Weights of fresh produce are approximate and may vary slightly
• If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery
• We will replace or provide a credit for any valid quality complaints at our discretion

When using the Kanges app, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Provide false or misleading information during registration
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or hack the app's systems
• Place orders with no intention of accepting delivery
• Create multiple accounts using different phone numbers to abuse promotions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms.

All content on the Kanges app — including text, graphics, logos, icons, product images, and software — is the property of Kanges and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Kanges shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app. Your continued use of the app after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
